Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better - right by the castle and the market square. The rooms were spotless and had all those little extras like a mini bar and toiletries that made my stay extra special. The service was exceptional, with the staff being so friendly and helpful. The dining experience was okay, but I wished there were more breakfast options. Overall, a fantastic stay with great value for money.
I just loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were warm, well-furnished, and even had tea/coffee making facilities, something rare outside the UK. They were immaculate and had such character, with a large bathroom and efficient shower. The bed was so comfortable, and the soft robes were a nice touch.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were nice and spacious, with a small balcony overlooking the 'royal route' and the stunning church of St Peter and Paul just across the street. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Krakow near all the attractions. The price was £100 for the night, and it was worth every penny.
I couldn't have asked for a better location for this hotel! It's right in the heart of the city, so close to the Main Square and Wawel Castle. The rooms were lovely, especially the one with a balcony overlooking Grodzka street, offering a light and airy atmosphere. The service was a bit hit or miss, but the staff kindly allowed us to store our luggage after check-out. The dining experience was satisfactory with a variety of options, although a bit too Polish for my taste. Overall, a great value for money stay with a few minor drawbacks.
I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were lovely, spacious, and airy, providing a comfortable and clean space that overlooked the bustling street below. While there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, the kitchen staff downstairs were more than accommodating, offering us boiling water and teabags free of charge. The service was friendly and very helpful, always going the extra mile to assist guests, though there was a slight issue that required contacting staff at home for resolution. The location was ideal for exploring Krakow, with easy access to the main square and old town, providing a great opportunity to immerse in the city's culture. The dining experience offered good quality and varied options in a renovated cellar setting. Overall, a wonderful place to stay with just a few minor drawbacks.
I was pleasantly surprised by this older hotel as the room was spacious and the renovated bathroom was very nicely done. The view overlooked the main front street, which was mostly closed off to traffic. The room was well-furnished and ideal for a solo traveler, equipped with free coffee, an ironing board, a hair dryer, and toiletries.
